2. Oven maintenance

1. Use of gas stove

2. Gas stove maintenance

(2) Long-term use of the gas hose will be aging or broken, the formation of security risks. Therefore, the air inlet hose should be replaced in time when there is aging.

(3) Observe the gas stove parts whether there is aging, rust, etc., in order to eliminate potential accidents.

Third, the use of mixers and maintenance

1. Use of mixer

(1)Before using the mixer, you should know the performance, working principle and operation procedure of the equipment, and operate strictly according to the procedure.

(2) The mixing cylinder must be placed in a stable position to avoid failure when mixing.

(3) The mixer can not be overloaded, do not want to save a lot of material at a time, should be avoided for a long time non-stop operation.

(4) Before using the mixer, you should check whether the parts are intact or not, and confirm it before starting the operation.

(5) During the operation of the equipment, you should not force the speed change handle to change the speed, you should turn off the mixer and then change the speed, otherwise it will damage the speed change device and transmission parts.

(6)When abnormal sound is heard during the operation of the equipment, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before continuing the operation.

(7) Do not put debris on the equipment, so as not to fall into the mechanical debris damage to the equipment.

2. Maintenance of mixer

(1)Equipment with gearbox should be timely supplemented with lubricating oil to maintain a certain amount of oil to reduce friction and avoid gear wear.

(2) The main parts of the equipment, wearing parts, motor maintenance and inspection should be carried out regularly.

(3) Often keep the mixer clean, the mixer can be used to clean the exterior of the weak alkaline warm water scrubbing, cleaning to cut off the power supply to prevent accidents.

Fourth, the use of refrigerators and maintenance

1. Use of refrigerator

2. Maintenance of refrigerator
